Programmatic Campaign Manager

Growthcast is actively searching for a seasoned Programmatic Campaign Manager to become an integral part of our expanding team. In this remote, project-based role, you will strategize, develop, and manage effective programmatic advertising campaigns that drive meaningful results for our diverse array of clients. Your expertise will be essential in propelling the success of our digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive programmatic ad strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Setup, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic ad exchanges.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, ensuring they align with the campaign strategy.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data analysis tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, for delivering high-quality presentations and reports on campaign strategies, progress, and post-campaign analyses.
  • Stay current on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital advertising and apply this knowledge to your campaign strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of managing successful programmatic advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of ad tech platforms, programmatic advertising, RTB, DSPs, and ad exchanges.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in using tools like Google Analytics to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
